1. General Terms

miloais88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) account on the miloais88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any discrepancy between your account information and your identity verification documents may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. miloais88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its internal compliance policies. 4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the miloais88 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods to ensure fast and convenient deposits for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and local bank transfers.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. Where a bonus has been credited in error or as a result of a technical fault, miloais88 reserves the right to remove it and any winnings derived from it, regardless of whether the funds have already been wagered.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the miloais88 platform are subject to the specific game or event rules in effect at the time the bet is confirmed. By placing a bet, you agree that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. General betting provisions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. miloais88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless permitted under the specific game rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the miloais88 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to open an account using false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play in live poker or live dealer games designed to defraud the platform or other users.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to disguise the source of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to miloais88.

9. Intellectual Property

13. Termination

You may close your miloais88 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification checks.

miloais88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which miloais88 holds its operating license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
